Pre-Shipment Cancellations
Q: What happens if I cancel after 24 hours of placing my order?
A: 1) We have a provision for that as well, but keep in mind that orders cancelled after 24 hours of confirmation are handled on a case-by-case basis by our Customer Care team, depending on the degree to which the process has been completed.
2) All such orders will receive a refund in the form of a Store Credit only. This Store Credit must be used on our website within a certain time after it is given.
3) Please be aware that it may take up to 2 business days for us to cancel your order and give you an e-mail notification after we have received your cancellation request.
Q: If I change my mind after placing an order, can I cancel it?
A: Yes, you have the option to cancel all Non-Ready to Ship orders within 24 hours of placing them. Though we would love to have add a new Ethnic Fashion statement to your wardrobe, we will initiate a 100 percent refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be send to you via e-mail. Please be aware that "Ready to Ship" orders are non-refundable because they are sent within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Q: Why is there a "24-Hour" deadline?
A: As soon as your order is authenticated, we begin working on it. Picking, packing, customizing, and logistics begin, and the ordered product has already gone through a few stages in most cases. The process is already underway if a garment needs to be readied or personalized.
Q: Is it possible that "unforeseen circumstances" will cause a delay at Shashini Fashion?
A: We do our best to ensure that your ordered items are delivered to you on time, but there are occasions when processing may be delayed due to stock availability or other unavoidable circumstances. We will give you a formal communication in this case, requesting that you:
a) Accept an equal Store Credit that you can use to buy a different Ethnic Fashion Statement.
b) Choose to have your money refunded.

A: In such situations, we ensure that a full refund (including product expense and shipping charges) is issued as soon as possible, with no deductions. Depending on the order value and contact delay, we can also provide compensation in the form of a Store Credit or a discount coupon.

If we do not receive a response within 15 days, we will issue a Non-refundable Store Credit in place of the order termination, which customers can use to place future orders with us. Post shipment returns
Q: The order was sent to me. However, there is a problem. Is it possible for me to return the things I ordered?
A: You certainly will. We don't believe in making customers at Shashini Fashion; instead, we believe in strengthening our family with happy family members. We take extreme steps to ensure that Fashion Delight reaches our customers in the best possible condition, but there's always the chance that something will go wrong.

We do not allow returns if the product is returned to us within 7 days of receiving the shipment, so please notify us immediately and dispatch the product as soon as possible once we accept the return order.
Please do not ship the goods until you receive a "Return Accepted" email confirmation from us; we will not be able to accommodate such requests.

#3 - Returning the Items When returning the pieces, make sure to include the following information:
Please send the products to us through a reputable, licensed courier/airmail service only, as instructed in our return authorization e-mail, to avoid any transit-related issues.
Please make every effort to keep all of the packaging materials with the items. Tags, labels, and other items should not be removed. Unless you're certain you want to keep the item. Original tags must be present to process returns.
Make sure the packaging is labelled "Defective Items for Returns" and "not for sale."

The refund will be issued in the form of a Store Credit, which you can use on your next purchase from Shashini Fashion. If you selected the Free Stitching or Free Shipping option when purchasing the item in question, the cost of shipping and stitching will be deducted from your refund.
2. If there was a delay caused by God or the government. There are occasions when the distribution of goods is postponed due to unexpected circumstances such as a natural disaster, a public holiday, and so on. In such a case, Shashini Fashion will not refund, return or swap any order placed on its behalf. 3. If you discover that you made a mistake in ordering or giving measurements, we will ask you to pay the extra shipping and stitching costs, as well as the cost of fabric replacement, if applicable.

A: 1) For transactions involving Debit/Credit cards, the time required for refunds is entirely dependent on the service provider.
2) Consumers transacting with Nationalized Banks should expect a slight pause in processing because they have longer lead times.
3) Please be aware that banks only send SMS to customers for credit amounts greater than INR 5000. If your refund is less than INR 5000, please verify the confirmation receipt of funds on your bank or credit card account.
4) If you placed your order using a Coupon Code or Store Credit, your refund would be issued in the same form. According to the applicable rules, no cash refunds can be made in such a situation.
Q: What about fees imposed by banks, credit card firms, and local governments?

Please keep in mind that credit card refunds incur an admin/credit card commission of 10% of the final order amount (5 percent while accepting and 5 percent while refunding). This expense will be deducted from the refund amount.
An alternative option is a Shashini Fashion Store Credit, which eliminates the Credit Card Commission fee and allows us to grant a Store Credit equal to the final agreed amount of creditable funds.
Bank Transfers: Refunds will only be given as Store Credits for orders made using Bank Transfers.
Local government Taxes:
