We will send it to all postal addresses in India. Since courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, we ask that you include your complete street address, including your pin code or zip code.
DTDC, BLUEDART, Delhivery, Indiapost, and FedEx are some of our courier agents.
Most cities have a five-day work culture, so no deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays. On a case-by-case basis, we will try to arrange deliveries on Saturdays at an additional rate. Furthermore, deliveries are usually made by courier companies in regular business hours, which vary by country. Please notice that no shipments will be sent from the store on Sundays or holidays because our logistics partner does not pick up on those days.
Transit Times
Because of varying item availability and shipping locations, if you ordered two or more pieces, you can receive them in several boxes on different days. For added protection in transit, goods are often delivered seperately, so you can receive several deliveries to your address.
Shipment and Tracking Details
As soon as the items are handed over to the Courier, we will send you an email about the shipment of your order. The tracking number and website information for the courier company, as well as the expected delivery date, will be included in these alert emails. You can also check the status of your order on our order status page or by logging in to our site's "My Account "section. On the courier websites, tracking numbers for orders that have been shipped can take up to 24 hours to become operational. If you notice a gap in the parcel delivery, please notify us within 24 hours. Please keep track of the order delivered email that is sent from our end once the item is received. As soon as we receive an update from our courier partners, the email is sent. If you have not received the product within 5 working days of receiving the tracking information from us, please monitor the shipment yourself or contact us if the tracking information is unclear. We would not be able to consider any case registered after 48 hours of delivery or after receiving the order delivered mail from our side if there is any delivery discrepancy.
Address Change Requests
You can't change an order once it's been registered. Requests for address changes, on the other hand, can be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You can send us an email with your request for a change and we'll take care of it.
Multiple Address Order
This option is currently unavailable. You can, however, place several orders if you want to deliver the product to different addresses.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please keep in mind that certain delivery companies will charge a fee if the shipping address and zip code do not match. Any such fines and/or fees will bore the cost by the consumer, not by Shashini Fashion. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct. Customers will be liable for paying re-shipping costs in the case of a reshipment of the same order.
Packing Method
Both goods are polythene wrapped before being placed in a corrugated package. All orders are shipped via Ist Class Air courier services and are delivered to your door within 4-6 business days of dispatch.
Time to Ship
Along with the item picture, we have listed the estimated shipping time for each item. These are just estimates, and products can be delivered sooner or later depending on the item's availability and other factors. To get a more precise time to ship estimate, send us an email with the item codes. We are proud to provide our customers with such shipping values, particularly when combined with our quick delivery times. Your order will be handled within 48-72 hours in the majority of cases. On average, you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 15 business days of placing it.
And in case there is a delay in Shipping?
The "Availability" listed against each item on our website is an estimate of how long it will take to ship the order from our warehouse. We will contact you by e-mail if there will be any delay in delivery due to an item being 'Out of Stock' or if there is an unexpected delay in filling an order. Your order can also be delivered in several consignments (for multiple item orders with differing "Availability"). In certain cases, if we are unable to resolve the order within an acceptable time frame, we will give you a refund for the portion of the order that has not been fulfilled. Delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control. In such cases, refunds, returns, replacements, and exchanges will not be accepted. Benefits such as Store Credit, on the other hand, will be given on a case-by-case basis. These can be redeemed for future purchases on the website.
Types of Shipping
RTS has a range that can be shipped within one business day and has a regular delivery period. At Shashini Fashion, each category has an RTS segment, which allows you to place orders quickly. Billing Address and Shipping Address
The billing address is the location where a customer receives his credit card bills. The shipping address is the location where the customer wants their package delivered.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will reprocess/reship the order after 15 days. Please visit our Help Desk section or send us an email if you have any questions about our shipping policies.
